Creative Brief
Objective: Increase Engagement on Social Media and create a branded grid.
Goals: To revitalize the social media presence of Town Center Plaza and Crossing, I developed three creative options using the newly established brand guidelines. The client was dissatisfied with previous performance and aesthetics, so our aim was to boost engagement and create a cohesive, appealing online identity. The chosen concepts delivered outstanding results, sparking increased participation from all mall tenants in organic content creation due to the new look and feel. The ultimate goal is to foster a vibrant and interactive online community that reflects the dynamic atmosphere of the shopping mall.
The Brand's Look Before

My Creative Approach
The client wanted to update her social to be on brand and resonate better with her target audience of females ages 30-60. They recently had their brand guidelines redone which consisted of dark green and felt more elegant. However, the client wanted to use pantone color of the year which was viva magenta at the time. This didn't quite align with my creative vision. So to persuade her I made three branding options for her with samples to talk through and give reasoning why I did what I did. This helped the client understand what consistency meant to her brand and we agreed together on the new design.
